Happiness should be a daily goal..It’s something I work very hard at on daily basis..because my health and life depend on it..the more happier I am the more joy I have in my life,,the higher my vibration is..the higher my vibration releases chemicals in the brain..that actually help heal the body..that’s why smiling.,laughing..doing things that bring us joy..for me just add chocolate and everything is better:)


Bringing happiness into our lives should be a priority..even if its as small as sitting outside and looking at the flowers..watching the birds..breathing in the fresh air..things that instantly bring me happiness..sunflowers or any flower..sweets,animals,crafts,art work..being near a body of water,river,lake is very calming for me..So what brings happiness to your life?
